After-sales service carriers
As after-sales service return costs are the responsibility of our customers, we cannot impose a specific carrier.
However, it is obligatory to return the products via a carrier who requires the signature of our teams upon delivery.
We reject all liability in the event of non-receipt of a package sent with a carrier that does not require signature upon delivery (Colissimo for example).
In addition, given the significant risk of theft, no processing will be carried out on packages left by the customer in our mailbox.
