Using my UTOPYA Credit to pay for an order

UTOPYA credits are linked to an internal reimbursement: return of a product under warranty or cancellation of a product on an order.

You can use them as partial or full payment for an order.

After selecting your delivery address, simply go to the “Use UTOPYA credits” option, indicate the amount you wish to use and click on “Apply”.

This amount is then directly deducted from the remaining amount to be paid, and you can finalise the order.
