Our logistics teams normally work on all Saturdays of the year.
However, only Chronopost carries out a collection on Saturday evening.
Orders confirmed with Chronopost before the cut-off are shipped the same evening and delivered on Monday before 1 p.m. (unless there are carrier delays).
Orders confirmed with another carrier are shipped on Monday.
