Package arrived damaged
If a delivery person presents you with a damaged package, you should take extra care.
Check the entire contents of your package in front of the delivery person to ensure that nothing is missing.
If everything is present, you can accept the package by affixing a reservation specifying that the package was delivered to you damaged.
If a product is missing, it is imperative to note a reservation, clearly indicating the reference of the product that is missing. If many products are missing, we advise you to refuse the package and contact our support team.
