Package arrived damaged

If a delivery person presents you with a damaged package, you should take extra care.

Check the entire contents of your package in front of the delivery person to ensure that nothing is missing.

  • If everything is present, you can accept the package by affixing a reservation specifying that the package was delivered to you damaged.

  • If a product is missing, it is imperative to note a reservation, clearly indicating the reference of the product that is missing. If many products are missing, we advise you to refuse the package and contact our support team.
