Transport breakage
As a sender, we take out insurance on all of our packages, including transport damage in particular.
If you received a broken item:
You must contact our support team to report the problem no later than 48 hours after receipt of the package, attaching a photo of the product.
The item received broken must be returned to us within 30 days, together with the original invoice and a printed copy of the e-mail you sent to us. It is not possible to create an RMA in the customer area for this type of situation.
