Product unavailable

In rare cases, a product may not be able to ship at the moment you place your order.

This can happen in particular in the event of a stock error but also (and most often) when our teams notice a problem with the product (damaged packaging, broken product, etc.).

In this case, an apology email will be sent to you the same evening as your order containing the credit relating to the reimbursement of the item.

The amount including tax is refunded directly to your CREDIT UTOPYA internal account so that it can be used immediately to pay for a future order.
