The warranty for most spare parts and accessories offered on UTOPYA is managed directly by our teams.
For complete devices, however, it often happens that the warranty is managed directly by the manufacturer.
In this case it is up to the end user (the individual) to contact the after-sales service directly.
As a distributor, we are not authorised to replace the brand in the management of its warranty.
