Loyalty programme
At the beginning of each month, our commercial software automatically categorises our customers.
For reasons of commercial fairness, no UTOPYA employee is authorised to manually change the category of a customer.
The category is determined based on the volume of purchases made on the UTOPYA site.
We calculate an average based on the last 3 months. This means that we can avoid a change of category due to an exceptional closure (school holidays for example).
