Missing product

If a product is missing from your order, first check that it was not refunded at the time of shipment.

This is rare, but can happen if our teams have encountered a problem with the product (breakage, packaging damage, etc.).

If no refund has taken place, we must check the preparation of your order.

Please contact our support team specifying:

  • The order number

  • The reference of the missing item

  • If you received another item in place of the missing product

The order is generally checked during the day. If an internal problem is found, the product will of course be refunded to you.
