Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, so we cannot require a specific carrier.
However, it is mandatory to return products by a carrier that requires the signature upon delivery.
We decline all responsibility in the event of non-receipt of a parcel sent with a carrier that does not require a signature on delivery (e.g. Colissimo).
Furthermore, given the high risk of theft, no action will be taken on parcels left by the customer in our letterbox.
