You can return our products under guarantee only after you have created an RMA via your customer account.
This is a very quick process (3 steps) and requires no validation on our part. To understand everything, follow this guide 🦸🏼♂️ :
First of all, go to your customer area, "Retours SAV (in french) / After-sales returns" section, then click on "New RMA".
